AP Executive are looking for a competent and experienced Country Manager to provide excellent strategic leadership and responsibility for the successful growth and management of our Turkish client's new business to be established in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities will be the management of all business activities in the KSA. Developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy aligned with out client's goals and objectives. Representing the company in all levels of parties including government authorities, local due diligence requirements. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define sales and distribution targets and create plans to achieve them. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Familiarity with financial management, P&L, budgeting, and profitability analysis is essential in developing and implementing a business strategy for the new office in Riyadh. Coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations, human resource management, finance, marketing, and administration.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Turkish, Arabic and English with excellent communication skills, and ideally based in KSA, however our client will consider candidates who have the necessary required languages.
