A prominent player in the food manufacturing and trading sector, is seeking a seasoned wholesale sales executive to expand our client's market presence and drive revenue through strategic wholesale channels. This mid-level management role is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key retail accounts, and managing a small team of key account sales personnel. The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets, ensuring optimal product visibility and availability in the market, and coordinating seamlessly with logistics and marketing teams. Success in this position requires a bachelor or masters degree in a related field, proven FMCG wholesale sales experience, and excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential.
